First 3D Printing Entrepreneurship Cohort Graduates in Al Ain
More than 100 national job seekers completed a practical pathway into additive manufacturing and entrepreneurship.
The 3D Printing Entrepreneurship Programme in Al Ain progressed from partnership launch to the graduation of its first cohort. Developed with Mawaheb Talent Hub, Abu Dhabi Global Market Academy, and Khalifa Fund, the programme was designed to build locally relevant advanced-manufacturing skills and practical pathways into employment and entrepreneurship.
Participants combined accredited theoretical learning with hands-on work using 3D printing equipment, digital design tools, and applied production workflows. Expert-led sessions also introduced entrepreneurial thinking and the requirements of innovation-driven industrial environments.
By June 2026, the first cohort had completed the programme, supporting more than 100 national job seekers with future-ready skills. The initiative demonstrates how collaboration between training, funding, and industrial partners can turn advanced manufacturing from a technology topic into a practical talent-development pipeline for Al Ain and the wider UAE.
